Don Cummings

Donald Cummings has had a distinguished career in professional service firm management.  His professional practice specializes in strategic management and organizational transformation services and he has had extensive experience with Board and Executive Management in complex change strategy.  His work with organizations typically involves significant engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the process of creating vision and commitment to new ways of dealing with today’s complexity.  He is particularly interested in integrative thinking and relationship dynamics in support of the management of complexity.

Donald holds a B.A. in political science and an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants and has pursued further learning from Stanford University where he completed an executive course in Strategic Uses of Information Technology.  He has also taken courses in the Strategic Systems Dynamics Program of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sloan School of Business.  Donald has been, and currently is a member of a number of community and private sector Boards.
